Well... if the length divides it for the radius and the multiplication for 180/pigreco get the angle. I don't know if there is a specific command line input.

It seems unlikely, but you can't.

However, there are several ways to achieve the result, such as:

1] draws a bow with the desired radius, of any length

2] give the command _lengthen Sub-option _total inserting the desired length.
