draw lines from a certain distance and edit labels

hello to all boys, I know that maybe for many of you they will seem stupid questions, but I've been immersed in the world since very few and so I'm still not very sick. I would have 2 questions to ask you:

1) if I have a 50-long segment and I would like to create another x-long line that starts from 20 distance from an extreme of the first perpendicular or inclined segment compared to it and tangent, is there a way to do it quickly?

2) how do you edit the labels (e.g. owner, number_drawing, title etc...) of the table below dx (generally) in the iso models?

with f11 active the object snap point which is used to determine the connection points of a line.
then activate it, do to create a line, place with the pointer on the final point of your segmanto and after a couple of seconds you will see a crutch, move the pointer in the desired direction and type 20. from that point will begin the new line

2) how do you edit the labels (e.g. owner, number_drawing, title etc...) of the table below dx (generally) in the iso models?

I had already tried to use the object snap and the discourse of the crucible I had guessed, only, it happens that, when I type the distance x and I send, the line that I go to create I part from where I had the mouse pointer and not tangent to the segment on which I had made the small cross appear.

As for the second question I have most likely expressed bad .
when I double-click on e.g. "owner" a window appears to me: label, message and default. label does not allow to enter spaces so last name you can not write and the other 2 any value you put then does not appear instead of "owner". in practice what I would like is to make appear instead of "owner" my name, instead of "title" the design title etc...

to make sure that the object snap works you have to align with the crucible and display a dotted line.
if the alignment is not orthogonal you must also activate the Puntamento Polar (maiusc + right mouse button), establish the incremental value of the corners and choose the mode "using all polar corner settings".

what you go to edit is a block with attributes (changeable parts) where labels are acronym, the message is an optional comment that helps to locate the attribute and the value is the editable part. if known below there is the value box where the data should be inserted. by clicking on each single row you can insert and change the respective values
