drilling holes with n°pass and distance

It's been a long time since I've been trying to solve a problem, but I haven't come to terms with it.
I'll explain. I would like to automatically release the number of holes and its step into a set of holes in the inventor board. I attach image.
I would have found a system, but it's too loud.

Does any of you have a solution?

hi I usually say so:the number of holes is to be written manually and the step is the real one.
