a question: Can you mirror a part from family table and update its drw automatically?

I add that, at the moment, I ingenuity in saving "shared part with features" in another folder, in the same folder except a backup of the drw of the original part. then out of session I go to change file name to the mirrored part and the table is updated. so doing I lose quality relationship between the original and the mirrored part therefore I would like to find a more "official" way to solve
