dwg file management containing a 3d relief in cloud of points

...I pose my problem by hoping that someone can help me... .

...from a few days I have in my hands a dwg file of the weight of about 300mb obtained from the union of clouds of points of a relief made with laser scanner 3d from which to have to pull out prospect plants and sections....but unfortunately the management in autocad... is alqualnto problematica...... so I wanted to know if someone knew to tell me if there is another software or methodology that allows me to streamline the process and get more quickly.

I explain.... the relief and a building.....the file is a dwg 3d dot cloud subform......the problem is that being very heavy to handle the 3d perspective views to retrace the points I need to pull out the 2d drawings to compose the boards is impossible. Because the autocad crashes and goes wrong.... .

There are plug-ins owned by laser scanners (leica, minolta....ecc) to manage and display in the cloud cad!

to work with the clouds of points there are specific sw (as has already been said).
the sw in question allow, for example, to "discompose" the cloud in "blocks" to be displayed more easily without having to have a hardware to renderfarm.
then there are a number of useful tools to rebuild geometries from the cloud of points.
You could theoretically also work in pure autocad... but I see it pretty heavy.
