autocad 2007.
in a design I have inserted inspection wells, consisting of blocks with attributes ( basically a square with attributes related to the progressive number of the cockpit, depth and size in the plant).
Later, to visualize graphically different depth wells, I changed the block definition, attributing a dynamic parameter of visibility showing distinctive graphic signs for each depth.
Unfortunately something happened to me incomprehensible, because while the insertion of a new block also regularly showed the dynamic parameter allowing therefore to view the different states of visibility, the existing blocks did not show that property.
Does anyone know how to tell me, and if it is possible to somehow remedy the inconvenience?

never used.
However I think I have solved, because I found that the blocks inserted in my design had different scales between x, y and z.
bringing them all to scale 1 for x, y and z, dynamic properties are regularly shown.
Anyway, thanks for the stimulus to also study design center, I just hope to find time.

even if I'm late, I'm still answering. could come back useful to the next.
I think the problem is in the update of the blocks. by making a change to the attributes of a block, in order to be able to viasualize the changes on already created instances, just type the attsync command (in Italian I think it is sincatt) and select the block to update (by name or click on the individual instance).

attsync only manages attributes, not parameters and/or actions of dynamic blocks. in this case it would not have solved anything.

Yeah. rereading, in fact, giuseppe speaks of "dynamic parameters" and not of attributes. Sorry.
for the specific problem I do not know what to answer then.
Sometimes it happens to reinsert in a design a modified block in another file keeping its name and fail to see the changes made. I usually solve by eliminating all the instances of the old block before the reinsertion of the new and carrying out a purge, but I don't think that's the case. I think there are both the old block and the new one. Could there be a slight difference in the block name that makes them read like two separate blocks? but it doesn't seem possible to me either, since it seems to me that the old block has been redefined the same file.

as I said before, the problem was that pre-inseriti blocks had different values for x, y and z scales.
evidently the uneven scaling of the block makes him lose dynamic attributes.
In fact, bringing the scale of insertion for each axis to equal values, the problem disappears and dynamic attributes are all visible, even in the previously inserted blocks.
I find that dynamic blocks are really a huge step forward in making very useful interlocks in drawings with symbols, as in my field (electric drawings with symbols of different appearance)

I take advantage of this topic to ask a question and avoid opening one with equal title:
I have a dynamic block of a well section that allows me to iron it to adapt its depth; This section has a hatch to indicate cement, but unfortunately when I iron the dynamic block does not update the hatch.
Can someone give me a tip?

delete it and do it again.. .obviously associative
..you'd like to tell me how to do it because I never showed up the problem of making it associative.
I tried to see online and found a command called ammassohatch, but I think it's for autocad mechanical as it's the standard version of autocad that gives me unknown command

edit: I am baked... I found the check.................... .

Thank you so much
