e allplan ??

I have just entered the forum and between the discussions or questions about the sw to use is always about "archicad", "autocad", "revit" and others but I did not find "allplan". I went here. https://www.allplan-connect.com/it/formazione/webinar.html and I saw the presentation footage sounds like a great program, intuitive and easy.
when "bazzigavo" in the cinema4d forum to render their works many started with an allplan project.
Is it a matter of cost? (I admit that I do not know the proportion of csti among the programmes mentioned above?

if you go to read the first discussions of this forum, you will find some talking about allplan and other comparisons between allplans with other sw 3d
