the association patron 90 and unioncamere, in collaboration with Ministry of the Environment, the protection of the territory and the sea - general direction for sustainable development, climate and energy, promote two informal consultations: houses for sustainable living and urban regeneration projects.
homes for sustainable living
design of single-family ecological houses located in the Italian landscape
you ask to design, and then possibly realize, with the contribution of one or more Italian companies, a model of ecological house monofamilare from 45 square meters of useful surface. the construction will have to respect the parameters of sustainability in the energy class to, but it will also have to express specific criteria of landscape sensitivity relative to the context chosen by the author/authors.
the consultation will end with the award of 10 prizes (the first 5 in the ranking for competitors
seniors and the top 5 in ranking for junior competitors under 35) ex equo of the value of 5,000 euros each.
urban regeneration projects
design of reuse of public or private spaces
is asked to prepare projects in the context of the architectural and functional requalification of urban spaces and recovery of industrial and territorial areas abandoned, abandoned and however to revert or retrain. projects will have to provide for the use of sustainability and energy saving technologies and contribute to the reduction of soil consumption.
the consultation will end with the award of n. 6 awards (the first 3 in ranking for senior competitors and the first 3 in ranking for junior competitors) ex equo of the value of 5.000 euros each.
