editing pack&go files

I was sent the pack&go of a project, but when I try to make changes to the model, this notice appears to me and if save does not save the changes, and does not allow me to change even iproperties.

Isn't that they pack and go from a vault project and messed up with file extraction?

I would try to select the p&g folder, dx button > remove the read only to you and all subfolders and related components.
