Good evening to all,
I decided to start dealing with fem simulations in the field of mechanical design. I am a mechanical ing graduated from a year, but at the university I never deepened the theme of the fem calculation (I did a course of numerical methods, they told me that that is the basis of the base).
I would like, before approaching a software, to understand something more theoretically: how to mathematicize the problem, types of mesh and their characteristics etc... Therefore I ask anyone who has to advise me about the dispenses to study these topics alone!
