..questionably banal, but I hope you can help me and I'm going crazy
when copying the elements, using the egen command (preprocessor>modellingcopy>>element>autonumbered) which values it is necessary to put in the field"ninc) , i.e. increase of the number of nodes should I provide?
because from what I understand it needs an increase such as having to create a new node (so as not to overwrite existing nodes), but often gives me a mistake like "node...is not defined. egen command is aborted". or, directly, it tells me I'm venting the number of maximum knots. . .
