electric ground cable

I am trying to represent an electric cable of land, i.e. colored green and yellow.
Can you tell me how I create a plot to use to color it or where can I take a pattern to import?

Hi, it's not great, but you can handle it with two solid bodies... look at the example if you can go. if you have to make many it is better to evaluate some other solution.
