open revit (your “project”) on a plant, open also “legend ato” and copy all the page(ctr-c), copy on your “project” (crt-v). check in annota-component (only there you see). then delete all the visible, no longer serves.

for sewer lines I used “annotations” (fams) that must be used as matrices. I didn't find any other system... would it be nice to draw them as lines... (like railings? ).
nenache in mep is provided a system of design of networks if not rows. .
