Do you mean iron fl or lines?

in archicad there are various engines that allow you to view the elements you draw in different ways: iron fil, with pastel colors, with textures etc. but you can not have a view a bit of iron fil and a bit to lines.
But you can save a 3d view realized first with one engine and then with the other and then work with the parts you need, or save a view and then delete the retini that you don't need
