Persons empowered to energy certification of buildings:in the region of the Veneto are currently not identified the technical-scientific qualification, following the frequency of specific training courses, to the energy certification of buildings.

According to the national law, professionals enrolled in professional orders or colleges can be certified and qualified for the exercise of the profession for the design of buildings and plants assigned to the buildings themselves, who have not taken part directly or indirectly to the design or realization of the building to be certified and that they are not connected with the manufacturers of materials and components used. (see paragraph 2, paragraph 2 and above of the annex ii d.lgs 115/2008
