with the regional regulation n.10 of 10-02-2010 published on the burp n. 27, the region of Puglia has legislated on the energy certification of buildings.
the regulation will enter into force from 12 April 2010.
news:
- obligation of the drafting by the manufacturer, owner or owner of the property, of the certificate of energy certification for new constructions and plants in them realized and for works of renovation of the existing buildings and plants, volumetric expansions, recovery for housing purposes of existing sub roofs;
- method of calculation based on the technical specifications un ts 11300 in the parts so far published;
- certified subjects: Public bodies and bodies of public law operating in the energy and building sector; the technicians enabled to exercise the profession and enrolled in the relative orders or professional colleges (the required qualifications are not explicit) or with at least three years experience in the energy and plant sector or alternatively with the frequency of a specific training course;
- training courses of 80 hours based on the programme defined by the region with final verification (written test + interview or learning test);
- establishment of the regional energy certification catastrophe in the region of Puglia, policy area for development, work and innovation, energy service, networks and material infrastructure for development.
