Good morning to all,

I would like to ask you a question concerning the programme for the drafting of energy certifications.
I was told, by engineers listed on the subject, that the docet program (free download from the site) is no longer valid for making certifications; in the sense that it is not up-to-date and/or up-to-date with the latest rules (uni/ts 11300 1-2-4). In the hope that a certificate, drawn up with this programme, would be drawn up by the region for control, we would almost certainly be under penalty.

he also told me that in the site http://www.cti2000.it I can find certified programs and therefore valid for writing certifications.

Can you confirm this? Thank you very much.

regarding the program of the acca, termus-ce, do you know by chance whether updates are free or paid? because I would have the opportunity to pay the program € 100.00; but I would not want to then cum exorbitant figures to update it.

termus to 100 euros????? ? I'm sorry, but it sounds like a buffalo. I use this program for a long time (but on the market you find it of all kinds) certified with standard (perhaps the first to have received it) is simple and works. Unfortunately you have to subscribe amicus that gives you the possibility to be constantly updated, but it has an annual cost it seems to me on 200 euros.

Docet has been validated in the pro version, which is paid.
termus ce is the light version of termus (full) and to what I find there is no obligation of the subscription. the individual updates are paid, and the price is defined according to the "updates " made to the sw: in some cases they can also be free ....
