to simplify the work of the workers who weld the various sheets that development I need to make engravings on the sheet of sheet during cutting with laser. to do this I must create a development with the contour and within the other lines or unclosed polylines (other than the cam program sees it as a hole) where I intend to create the engraving. to achieve this result on the development I draw my profile on the affected face and then with the surface engraving command, I create an engraving. In this way when I develop the sheet where I created the engraving a line appears to me (the attributes I set in the options of sheet metal development). My problem arises when all this process I have to do it on a curved sheet. In practice I can create the engraving (at least video appears as on the flat sheet) but nothing is displayed on the development. Does anyone know how to solve my problem? Thank you.
