equation, bonds in vba solidworks

I have the need always in vba of solidworks to insert a bond equation between the diameter of 1000 mm of the sketch 1 (frontal plane ) and the 500 mm share of the sketch 2 (upper floor) from the figure below to the right (in Annex ), so that when I change the diameter in 800 the interested share becomes 400.

It is true that it would be enough to put the bonds in solidworks before doing it in vba for solidworks, it is that I am encountering problems being on two different planes and sketches.
