error at rev 2011 startup

a greeting to all of you, I write to expose a problem that happened to me following the installation of revit 2011 Italian (after uninstallation of the 2011 English version) on my pc. at the start of revit I appear a message (that allego). .. once the ok... everything goes perfectly. I understand it is a conflict with toolbars... but it is very annoying to read it every time. Do you have any idea what this might be? I already tried to reinstall. ...repair...and whatever... but nada! always comes the same mistake.. :

seems to be a "typical" error of those who installed the ver. uses, then ita.
it should be necessary to carefully clean the log file from the English version, and then reinstall.
