error check in pro/intralink

Hello.
the problem is the following, everything works wonder (proewf3 with prointralink 3.4) except on some files on which it does not let me check in, giving me the following error:pro/intralink detected an internal error. contact technical assistance. the agent will require a detailed description of the actions prior to this message. data may also be required. in pdmc_transaction::commitnow the local.db has been compacted without problems (although it was only about 500 mb, it still seems reasonable), it is now and 24 mb.
the ws are several, but all in the limit of the 100mb (some few mb).
How can I solve this?

I would try to export the files (all asm drw prt ) from the ws on the disk and then try to import them into a new ws with subsequent updates of those already in the cs (it is superfluous to say )

then try again the check in

the content of ws does not affect the proper behavior of intralink.
what you need to keep checked is the local.db file.

I suggest you rename the .proi directory to save all your data.

reopen intralink rebuild a new and unique ws and try to check in.

if the error persists you need to expand the time tables of the db intralink.

if the error does not persist is your local.ddb which is damaged.
