error if2020 "impossible to complete the operation because the folder or file in it is opened in another program" on server windows

Sometimes this error happens when you try to rename a folder (or delete it) on the drawing server. the operating system is windows 2016 server... Do you have any idea how to solve this? or is it a problem inherent in all microsoft os (before we had a basic linux storage and did not happen)?

windows does that when, even with no open files, there is still a program that made the last save in that folder. i.e. windows prevents deleting the "present working directory" of a certain application, provided that the application is still open obviously. next time you happen try to save or upload from a different folder than you want to delete, and then try to remove the folder.

It's not a solid edge kiss but a "feature" of windows, which in this sense is much more careful than linux where you can safely delete an open file and no one will tell you anything. :

But then would you say that "would" close solid edge on the incriminated machine? Yet some colleagues in the past told me that he couldn't delete/rename a folder even after closing the program.. .

Sometimes, but opening a file from another folder is even better. sometimes it is a problem simply of previews (small bitmaps) that at windows are still open. In the past, sometimes I had to try again the next day or even restart the server, but sincerely, it's so much that I don't happen anymore.
