error in autocad installation 2011

during the start of the installation of autocad 2011 the system generates me the following problem (see jpg attached)

What do I have to do x solve it? ?

would seem like a xp (x86 probably). you have already contacted your dealer's technical support I imagine. . .

thanks cmq x l interest from all but sn managed to rsolvere contacting my dealer cm recommended by tristan....the problem consisted of the mankata installation of the language pack (free download from the autodesk site after registration of the product).

many characters who have problems installing autocads with imaginative licenses. . and everyone says they are details
