error in the step opening after its creation by a set

Good evening, everyone. First of all I hope I have not created similar or redundant discussions. I'm on the front for the first time in 3d file conversions and this problem is in front of me. In practice, after creating the design, I have to convert the axieme to a step file to send to the customer. so far all right, I create the step and goes to good end, however, if I try to open it, it creates a log err file, it comes out the message that I attach, saves every single piece in the folder where the step is (it is a design of several parts and subassiems, and in practice fills me the desktop!) and then opens it, apparently correctly. Of course I don't want to send it under these conditions to the customer and I would like to understand what the hell I did inadvertently to make this mistake. thank you in advance to anyone who will answer me!

first of all thank you for the answer. In fact I'm not sure that the customer will open it with solidworks, but it certainly would make it production, so sure it would be a problem, if not before, after. I apologize if I'm vague, I realize that I have a difficult answer, but I don't know how to explain this situation. not having the file underhand, being on the working terminal, I can try to explain in general line. is a design of about 500 parts. the common process is to receive the complex printed (in case we speak of the boot fund of a renegade) and to parameterize all the rest. you switch to creating an offset of the surface, then a series of surfaces lined to create a sort of "container" that will then be used to extrude the content and get the body gauge (the solid on which the part will be blocked and tested). generally it is a matter of importing bookshelf assemblies such as aluminum base, comparisons and tampons and creating the caliber as a whole (I could attach the photo of another design to make the idea, but I don't think I'm authorized by the company). I know that they are vague and unprofitable explanations and I realize that only those who have been found randomly with the same error could answer me. I hoped more than anything else in helping to hypothesize what could cause it by those who like you have well in mind the processes of import and the accuracy of the various formats. in the specific case I created a new set from the final design axieme and saved as step a214. the only thing that comes to me to think, is that following some modification, maybe there was some sketch created on one side, but that is not used for any function or created but without any relation to another and therefore "free" that can generate conversion problems. Can there be a difference between a 3d side sketch or axieme for deportation? In summary, I can only assume that it is the particular condition of one of these sketches that generates the problem because for the rest I do not seem to have done things different from the usual.

no sketch, either 2d or 3d, affects export as it is not considered.
After rereading the opening of the discussion and the next answer is not clear to me what your problem is.
when importing a step from a set, the part files that make up it are always created; it is not possible regardless of this.
if the parts are not opened correctly you do an import diagnostic to repair any geometries; Obviously parts that originally have surfaces cannot be repaired to the extent that you want to get a solid.
are missing in formations on export and import settings.
