error loading segment

Good morning to all, this morning I go to open the table of a set and there appears a window of error with written:
"mistake during loading of the dlsheet45dlsegment segment in the database".
You're not letting me proceed in the opening, what happened?

try to open the previous version of the oldversions folder of the same file. in the opening phase select "open previous version (unallowed lift)"

already done, but obviously I lost the last changes. since it is not the first time I happen and lately more often, I would like to understand why.
