error window

Hello people! when I use the window tool in archicad creates problems!!! What never happened to me with previous versions! a window with writing for example appears on the screen: be careful! retino not found at line 455 in text 3d of the casement_a.gsm file ...this type of message appears to me continuously!!! And it also happens to me that by placing the window you don't see the wall behind! how do I solve??? Thank you!

you should solve in three steps:
1.make "new and complete reset" (open the archive menu by holding the alt key on the keyboard).
2.Join this new blank file your "problem" project.
3.record with a new name.
