errore vault 53

Good morning to all, I am early and it is the first time I write, my presentation I have already published in the special area so I will not be able to stretch out with this.
the problem I would like to solve is as follows:
I would like to delete in the vault of solidworks (version 2017) a file that I don't need anymore, but it keeps coming out of me the vault 53 error, I will attach you an image to understand better,

Hello morning and welcome, if you use pdm for vault control, you must have permission to delete files. If you have all admin permissions and the file doesn't erase maybe you have a check out from another account or other pc. I would try to make loghin as admin or if you have a superior who has all permissions. I hope I've been helpful.

I have permission to delete the documents, in the past I have already deleted files in the vault, and I have also tried to make it clear from my colleague but nothing, it is the first time that gives me this kind of error. .
