esportare step in inventor 2022

I have a problem with inventor 22.
I have to export to stp format a simple part in 2d , format ipt (or even iam) . for example a flat rectangle.
in the 2015 version with files - export - step , between the options I could select "include sketch" and export quietly.

with the 2022 I can do the same, I get a file step that however turns out "empty".
or better, if I reopen it with inventor, I wonder about concersion options.
if I choose convert model convert it to iam or ipt and I can use it. if I select reference model opens an empty file.
the problem is that this stp I have to open it with other programs and everyone sees it as empty file. I can't export a step 2d.

Hi.
I have no other cad so I tried with the edrawing viewer and it works
whether the scketch is above a 3d model that is only in an ipt

Very strange, I tried a couple of viewers and nothing appears.
I think I've solved it right now. Once I do the sketch, I have to create a surface, for example with "boundary patch". creating a surface then when I go to export it is seen the surface and solve the problem.
I'll try with edrawings to check.
