Hello everyone, I have to do a fem simulation with classic ansys, using materials of which I have the following properties:
unidirectional fiberglass:
normal elasticity module in fiber direction ex=35g
normal elasticity module in normal direction to fiber Hey.= 7
tangential elasticity module g=4
module of poisson v=0.27
quadriaxial cloth:
normal elasticity module in fiber direction ex=19.9gpa
normal elasticity module in normal direction to fiber Hey.=19.9gpa
tangential elasticity module g=4.7gpa
module of poisson v=0.32
to characterize an orthotropic material in classical ansys I miss other information such as the ez module, the other two modules of tangential elasticity and the other two modules of polka dot. How can I estimate them? Is it right to hire them like that?
