Hello everyone,
I'm a trialist and I'm not very familiar with the ambeinte cad, I searched on the site - forum an answer to the question I'm about to ask you and I didn't find it.
I am in Thai and I am participating in the execution of a megaproject o&g we, as from practice in industrial projects, created the system of the project that provides about 1700 subsystems in 2665 p&id.
the engineering department has passed to smartplant the 1700 subsystems marked by the various commissioning departments (starting) and so now we are able to perform an extraction of the components (piping - tools and mechanics) versus subsystem and we also have the whole "colored" system.
I have a problem with all this, I have no separate designs for subsystems; When I asked engineering (mumbai) to give me all separate subsystems (segregated) I received a negative response due to manhours to be used.
I remember that (I spoke 10 years ago in a project in the Arab Emirates) my engineering was able to launch a routine or macro that allowed this action.
Once again I’m trying to get 1700 sets (can be a single p&id or various) of designs with only one subsystem per set marked.
I may have stretched too far but, I tried to respect the rules read to access the forum.
