I had to do some reverse engineering; to trace back to the shape of a product I got extrapolated the track starting from a photo, I made it recalculate in illustrator and created I made me create dwg, now I have to import it in pro e.

I managed to import it as a sketch of reference and also to project it over a surface or a solid, but unfortunately I can not do what I would like, that is to use this profile as a "cut mask" to cut the external shape of the product or to extrude the form from the internal profile, how do you do? Can't you import into the sketch of an extrusion an external profile?

Yes, you can, within the extrusion command you can choose whether to use an internal or external sketch (in the latter case the command you define is in the positioning panel).
