estrudere spline completeness

Hi, I'm a first-armed user with 3d studio and I have a problem I can't solve.
I can't extrude complex splines, I explain better, until I create a closed spline it's all right, but if for example I create the 2 sides of a triangle with a spline and then this I connect it with a second segment (as a matter of fact the line becomes closed), or if I create a form from the intersection of 2 circles, through the command "cuts" I extrude the only spline without any
How can I do that?

there is no solution, it is a normal thing, what is not closed does not close it, if you just have to use the weld command on the two superimposed vertices to close the spline, but that does not close "open" is normal and logical
