Why would you do something completely "out of standard"?

It is a toothed wheel internally where however the module x the number of teeth, gives you the primitive diameter, which is what determines the transmission ratio.
from this diameter remove the module twice and get the inner diameter.
add twice 7/6 of the module, get the bottom diameter.

I have seen this discussion now; the design attached by the user does not refer to a toothed wheel with internal toothing, but to the hub of a groove with a profile to asa norms with 12 teeth and a primitive diameter of 1" 1/2, therefore for the sizing it is necessary to refer to the above rules.
