explode all blocks including nested ones

Hello everyone,
I was looking for a command that allows me to select with a click (or sequence of commands lisp) all and only the blocks present in the open design (without distinction between them).
Maybe the command already exists, but I can't find it.
Could someone please give me directions to do this... command?

the command is qselect

qselect selects the blocks and you can explode them, but if you have nested, you have to repeat the command.
