exploded quotas with import dxf file from autocad to visi cad

Good morning
I have a problem to solve and I kindly ask you have who uses autocad.
in importing dxf files generated with autocad (I use visi cad) all quotas are scattered for the drawing and therefore a slaughterhouse, I can not assign them as quotas but are texts.
question but it's a regular thing I have what has done to me the job told me a fregnaccia!! :angry: which is normal,when amount of files generated by other cad I don't have this problem (small things to settle) don't miss 2 days to fix it.

try to discard the quotas already in autocad and then import them!

in such case surely I have seen it will not recognize it as entity quotas!
