export 2d dxf/dwg - annotations?

Hello,
I have schematic plates with high-end annotations, fixed side, etc.
If I leave in dxf, I don't export these writings!
Is there a set to do?

I found that on two nx12 win10 installations in the office, for which I set the custom default, I respond this lack while on a nx12 win7 installation on a laptop the conversion is ok
support invites me to uninstall everything and reinstall from top
I don't even have time to go to the bathroom.

If not, when you carry out, do you specify to export all layers*?

* or, the layer on which the notes are is among those to be exhorted?

Besides, is the layer on which the notes are displayed only or is it active?
