Hi, I'm running a 3d for my thesis in architecture. I have the following problem that I tried to solve in various ways: I want to export a 3d sketchup and then import it to 3ds max.
If I carry it as dwg, the result is that curved surfaces are all scaled. when amounting the dwg in 3ds max rule the value "maximum surface deviation for 3d solids" in such a way as to obtain maximum precision, but nothing changes at all.
If the amount directly as a sketchup format, I have several problems on some surfaces that are ruined differently from the dwg but it is not possible to work on it.
If I carry it out as .3ds I still have problems on some surfaces that cannot solve.
in other formats it is not possible because I would import a unique mesh without dividing it by levels, and it would be a drama to then apply the materials.
I really tried everything, but I can't fix it.
Thank you very much.
