export idw to excel sheet

Hello, everyone.
I have a set of idw inventor boards, which contain many texts, directions, tables, parts list etc. all these texts on the table are in English, but the customer also requires them in Portuguese. So I was asked to be able to extrapolate all these writings in the tables and to insert them into a excel sheet, which will then be invited to the study that deals with translations.
I ask you if there is a way to quickly export all the writings, even those present in the various tables, from idw to excel.

the table is not a problem, you create one with the fields in the new language.
for the distinction it is enough to export from together - > distinct-> structured export.
for the various texts within the idw it is almost certainly necessary to pass for ilogic
