export step and memory

I have to export to step a solidwroks joint file, but the program fails to finish the operation causes memory limits.

Is there something I can do right now to solve the problem, besides switching to a 64bit version (but that I can't do it right now)?

I can't dissect him in sub-assistance because the components are all missing at the first level (I got him that way).

you could break it by creating two configurations: in one suspend half objects, in the other half. make two steps your client will have to put together.

try exporting it to parasolid to see if it succeeds.
if you manage to reimport in sw and then carry out in step.
can be a problem of nature other than what you think.
I've never heard of such problems on other forums.

try to rename the register with closed sw and reopen it and export to step.
If you can, that means you have something corrupt.

I tried everything you told me but without success. I finally exported to parasolid 17.1, loaded in solid edge and made the step from there. However I think the files had some problem, the axieme was great but not huge (a 170 mega step came).

you can create sub assemblies by assembling multiple parts together and creating a subset directly within the main axieme.
just select the components, right click and click on "create new subassieme".

then open the various subaxis and save them in step separately
