export the right scale to autocad

Hello everyone, do you know how it is possible to set a design in autocad and then export it to any other software with exact scale?
example:
I realize a 1:100 scale drawing and then I would like to insert it into a 4 sheet created in illustrator, with all the appropriate measures.

but do you have a particular format or is it okay any one to work in illustrator?
