express tools not working in autocad 2011

Hello everyone...
I couldn't run express tools in autocad r.2011/12 .... (in version 2010 they work!! ).
Has anyone been able to charge them properly? ...
Thank you all.
n.b. autocad message (acetutil.arx not loaded!).
(the menu uploads it and some .lsp files ....).

I simply installed them with autocad

with which version?

2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 ...
try reinstalling autocad
