extract object properties from parametric dynamic block

Good evening,
I created a dynamic block with parametric constraints, inside the block there is a polylinea and a dash attached to it.
now replicated this block and modified the cyanide measures, I would like to have the area of polylinea or hold for each block.
Is there a way?
I tried to put the area as a data field in the attribute content, but it doesn't work.
for now I have solved by dividing this polyline into triangles whose sides have a parameter to which I gave a name (a,b,c... )
then in the design I put in the attribute of the block the formula of eulero, returned the correct area I replicated the block and modified the measures the area is returned correctly for each block
Is there a simpler way?

My block is very similar to what you attached, the solution you proposed is the first I tried, but it gave me update issues.
still now using your method when entering the block the area turns out zero, until the attribute is published by going into the data field modification, simply click on "area".
I don't know why.
