extract sections with elevation

I would like if possible an editing of a simple lisp, to be able to change it. or if there is already a lisp that allows to extract the
elevations of a quotated plan and then make a section of the soil
Perhaps a lips program already made, in which selecting the points of the level curves, cut by a straight line, allows me to table the elevations.

thank you now because I tried for some parts the programm autosez_2 .
simply gorgeous is what I was looking for.
