extrude a built by a ctr

Good evening,
I am working on a file of the technical card, and I would need to extrude all the edited that is contained there. I imagine you know how the file is made, the buildings are indicated by poly3ds, inside which, seen in planimetry, are inserted two points whose altitude indicates height of the foot and the line of gronda of the building. Now, is there a way to get extrusions that have the profile of the pole seen in the plant and that they are placed at the height of the foot and end at the altitude of the sling? Maybe without using autolisp? [suppongo impossibile...] the important thing to say the truth would be to have everything at the right altitude, then the height can also be equal for all the blocks. I tried to extrude directly, obviously without success. . .

1^ problem: pl3ds with different quotas, such as drawings, give rise to extrusion to open and not solid surfaces

to the first I had thought to oviate with flatten, even if it loses the quota of the pole then it can be recovered from the point that however it will have x/y coordinates "inside" to the line.
for the third: you do not need extremely precise, even if something jumps is not a problem
for the second, I noticed it late, in fact I think I will give up... the problem is that there are many blocks that include buildings of different heights but in the original paper they are on different layers and identified by lines, not poly.
At this point I think I should leave it alone.
