family hole based on wall-parameter phase

health and everyone. I would like to define a phase parameter-based hole so that you can make a phase selection once inserted in the host. I've made several unsuccessful attempts. the purpose is to create a family to nest in a window so that you can pierce the coat created in adiacence of the wall existences and succeed in cutting the coat.
I ask members to help if I have to abandon the idea or if it is possible to pursue the purpose. Thank you.

You don't need anything like that. join the existing wall to the coat and the window hole (if deep enough) will pierce the coat.
