family parameters for system families

Good morning to all,
Would you tell me if you can create family parameters and not shared for system families? if you can then export them?
is the only way to export family parameters is by exporting family types or are there other procedures?

it is not possible to create family parameters for system families. These families cannot be opened in the publisher of families. only we can assign project parameters / shared parameters.
