Hello everyone,
I need a little help! I downloaded from the kone site the bim family of the elevator that interest me... Now I can't understand why even though in the graphic representation in the plant the door of the elevator seems to wash the access wall in 3d and in the prospect is not so and I see the full wall, I tried to insert both in the family of the elevator and in the family of the sliding door a vacuum extrusion but nn I can solve the problem... thank you so much to all in advance, I attach the family... :

Since the family of the elevator does not have the vacuum, you must create the vacuum in the project, and repeat the vacuum at other levels.
