Good morning to all,
I press that I can make the calculation of own ways (free modal analysis) of a part.
Now I'd like to do the same thing as a whole, with sub-assiem. However, I receive an error in the calculation phase of the frequencies of this type:
error: impossible frequency calculation.
it is not possible to calculate the frequency when contact elements are present.but I never put contact constraints!
I have entered the constraints at product level and in fem environment I have specified their connection properties.
I have to specify these last ones for all the constraints included, even in sub-axis no one excluded?
error disappears if I delete all the properties of connection, but the frequencies found are all null of course. . .
I used in the properties some virtual bolts as I did not put the screws in the assemblies but coincidences of axes and plans. Should I insert parts of all screws maybe?
