file estensione .igs

They're just in the community.
practiced revit ita 2010
a lighting company sent me the 3d model of two lamps, but the extension is .igs, you know if I can import them into revit? or if there is a way to convert them into a readable format?

p.s.
The lamps are the lamp model at1p 150 and at1s 150.
Can you just tell me how to move to find them?

igs:
or ies?
or iges?
an ies file is a text file that describes the intensity of a light source.
an iges file is a neutral interchange file (I believe in ascii characters), not supported by revit

I attach the file that was sent to me. It's just a file.igs, I don't know, I'll try to see if there are conversion sw in dwg, even though I'm afraid you're missing something.
