file names in in inches

Good morning to all I ask a question that can be banal but perhaps so banal is not...
I'm making a drawing library for a client where I have details that have a nomenclature in inches.. .
I give you examples:
hose guide 3/4" - 1"
pipe guide 1 1/4" - 1 1/2"
And so on...

as windows you do not admit names with these characters, which could be an alternative to emulate these with traditional characters

clearly each set and part has a number of codes that distinguish each component but the problem is how to organize at file level.
I hope someone has some suggestions since I have to start from scratch and I wanted to start with the right foot thanks to all

the rush is never good friend...and you are right

to be complete, I replaced the slash with a simple hyphen
then from 1 1/2" step to 1 1-2''

for fractions you can use characters from the "character pack". with keyboard shortcuts (alt+0189, e.g. for 1/2) for those provided, or copying-pacing others.
do not accept quotes for the thumb, but solve, as mentioned above with the double apostrophe.
